We're a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a highly creative, data-informed Creative Strategist to lead our UGC content strategy and ensure the production of high-performing, on-brand creatives.
You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our UGC content engine — from analyzing ad creative performance to scripting and creator management.
Analyze weekly performance of ad creatives (winners and underperformers) using Meta Ads data.
Use insights to shape upcoming video scripts and briefings — balancing 50% top-performers, 50% new ideas.
Stay up to date on social media trends, TikTok / Reels formats, and viral content styles for continuous iteration.
Write engaging, conversion‑focused scripts for UGC creators and video editors.
Share scripts with creators weekly via Slack, ensuring clarity, timing, and alignment with the creative calendar.
Maintain a monthly UGC calendar, aligning key products with strategic content themes.
Scout, recruit, and onboard new UGC creators monthly to maintain a steady pipeline of content.
Deliver monthly performance reports to each creator with feedback and upcoming content goals.
