You will lead VM activities, train store teams, and collaborate with marketing, buying, and planning to execute seasonal campaigns.

The role requires strong planning, KPI analysis, and travel, with English fluency as a must-have.

Formación

• Fluent English is mandatory and strongly preferred.
• Great planning and organization skills required.
• Experience analysing KPIs and turning data into actions.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% in home city and 60% abroad.
• Experience in fashion/retail visual merchandising is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor monthly VM execution across stores and provide guidance.
• Submit weekly recap reports and visual materials to Regional Manager.
• Lead assigned VM projects and collaborate with marketing and stores.
• Support planning and installation of seasonal campaigns and showrooms.
• Deliver VM training and support store teams within the territory.
