Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply AI-driven techniques (e.g., generative models, image synthesis, upscaling, inpainting) to support the creation and manipulation of digital visuals
  • Collaborate with designers, creative directors, and producers to translate creative briefs into AI-assisted outputs
  • Explore and test new AI tools and plugins (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion) for production use cases
  • Create proof-of-concept artworks and visual content using generative AI, assisting the ideation process
  • Maintain and iterate prompt libraries, training datasets (if applicable), and style guides for brand consistency
  • Help educate internal teams on how to use AI tools effectively, responsibly, and ethically
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices in creative production
  • Ensure outputs meet quality standards, are legally compliant, and align with brand/client expectations

Requirements:

  • Background in Design, Art Direction, Creative Technology, Computer Graphics, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly)
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles (composition, color, branding)
  • Familiarity with image editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and prompt engineering techniques
  • Comfort working in a production environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and a strong interest in the future of creativity and automation
  • (Optional but valued): Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript) or experience working with APIs and AI models
