IQVIA is seeking a motivated French-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will engage doctors, manage recruitment, and support follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills are essential. English proficiency is required for trainings and internal communications, with prior multinational experience a plus.

Formación

• French native speaker required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates using multiple channels and persuasive arguments.

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life! Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise. If you want to play a key role in a diverse, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!

What to expect:

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
