HP, Inc. is offering a Business Analyst Intern position in Spain.

The role focuses on cost optimization across the Large Format Printing business, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, end-to-end cost modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and value. You will work with mentors, engage in a global tech environment, and develop skills in data handling (Excel/Power BI/Python) while contributing to impactful cost-reduction initiatives during a 5–12 month internship

Formación

• Currently studying at a university in Spain and eligible to sign an internship agreement.
• Basic knowledge of data management and data analysis techniques.
• Experience or familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Python or similar for data handling and analysis.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Curious and able to tackle diverse technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey insights clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and discipline in tracking activities.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of building a yearly cost optimization roadmap, with tracking and reporting to monitor progress.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end cost structures, analyzing materials, assembly, distribution and warranty costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cost models for future developments and data-driven targets.
• Partner with the Cost Lead to analyze cost structures and identify inefficiencies using multiple data sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights supporting cost optimization initiatives.
