HiTHIUM Energy Storage busca un Cost Controller – Manufacturing para unirse al equipo de Finanzas en Navarra. El/la candidato/a gestionará costos estándar (BOM, mano de obra y overhead) y analizará costos reales mensuales de producción.

Se valorará experiencia en SAP CO/PC y dominio del español e inglés. Se requiere capacidad analítica, estructurada y apta para trabajar de forma cross-funcional en un entorno internacional.

Formación

• Titulación universitaria en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en contabilidad de costos en fabricación o control de costos.
• Conocimiento de estructuras de costos de fabricación, BOM y asignación de overhead.
• Experiencia con SAP CO/PC valorada.
• Dominio del español y buen nivel de inglés.
• Fuerte capacidad analítica y de procesamiento de datos.

Responsabilidades

• Configurar y mantener costos estándar para productos (BOM, mano de obra, overhead).
• Calcular y analizar costos de producción mensuales.
• Realizar variaciones de materiales, mano de obra y overhead; preparar informes de costos.
• Supervisar la valoración de inventarios y análisis de inventario obsoleto.
• Apoyar estimaciones de CAPEX y proyectos de I+D y hacer seguimiento de costos contra presupuesto.
• Trabajar con Producción, Cadena de Suministro e Ingeniería para identificar causas raíz de desviaciones de costos.
• Mantener datos maestros de costos en ERP y apoyar cierre de mes.
• Preparar documentación para auditorías relacionada con costos e inventarios.

At HiTHIUM, we are driving the development of advanced battery energy storage solutions and supporting the transition toward a more sustainable energy future.

As we continue developing our manufacturing footprint in Spain, we are looking for a Cost Controller – Manufacturing to join our Finance team in Navarra.

This role will focus on manufacturing cost controlling, standard costing, cost variance analysis and inventory valuation for our cell and BESS production operations. You will work closely with Finance, Production, Supply Chain and Engineering to provide reliable cost visibility and support continuous cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and maintenance of standard costs for cell and BESS products, including BOM, labour and manufacturing overhead.
• Calculate and analyse monthly actual production costs.
• Perform material, labour and manufacturing overhead variance analysis and prepare regular cost reports.
• Monitor inventory valuation, including slow-moving and obsolete inventory analysis.
• Support CAPEX and R&D project cost estimation and track actual costs against budget.
• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and Engineering teams to identify the root causes of cost deviations and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain cost-related ERP master data and support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits related to cost and inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting, cost controlling or a similar role .
• Good understanding of manufacturing cost structures, BOMs, labour costs and overhead allocation.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP CO/PC experience is highly valued.
• Fluent Spanish and good working-level English.
• Strong analytical and data-processing skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Detail-oriented, structured and able to perform root-cause analysis.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Experience in battery, automotive, industrial manufacturing or another production-intensive environment would be particularly relevant.
