Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Corporate/M&A lawyer to evaluate AI-generated Spanish law responses. Remote, with a commitment of about 10 hours. Must be qualified to practise in Spain and fluent in Spanish.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in corporate/M&A or transactional practice and can work independently to a rubric and deadlines. NDA applies to all work and confidentiality is essential.

• Collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet deadlines and improve evaluation processes.

Position: Corporate/M&A Lawyer (Spain)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $140-$150/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: ~10 hours

• Compare outputs from both platforms and score them against a standardized rubric.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Primarily law-firm experience - at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in corporate/M&A or transactional practice.
• Qualified to practise in Spain, with a strong command of Spanish corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent Spanish, with precise written communication.
• Able to work independently to a rubric and to deadlines.
