Bofill Taller de Arquitectura is seeking BIM Managers/Coordinators with an architectural background to join our team at La Fàbrica, Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). The role focuses on coordinating BIM workflows across large-scale international projects, integrating architecture with MEP and structural disciplines, and maintaining model quality across federated environments.

Ideal candidates combine strong BIM knowledge with architectural design experience, advanced Revit skills, and familiarity

Formación

• Architectural background strongly preferred or required.
• Experience in architecture practices or multidisciplinary design studios.
• Experience as BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator or similar.
• Proven experience with large-scale and complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit.
• Experience with ACC, BIM 360 and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM collaboration workflows is valued.
• Strong coordination, organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

BIM MANAGER / BIM COORDINATOR – International Projects

Bofill Taller de Arquitectura is looking for BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators with an architectural background to join our team at La Fàbrica, Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona).

We are particularly interested in Architects with experience in architecture practices and large-scale international projects, combining strong BIM knowledge with a solid understanding of architectural design and project development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM workflows across large-scale architectural projects.
• Coordinate architecture with structure, MEP, façades, interiors, landscape and specialist consultants.
• Manage federated models, clash detection and model quality control.
• Establish BIM standards, templates, BEPs and project workflows.
• Manage collaborative environments using ACC, BIM 360 and CDE platforms.
• Support architectural teams throughout design development and project delivery.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables with clients and external consultants.

• Dynamo, Rhino.Inside.Revit, automation and Revit extensions are valued.
• Strong coordination, organization and communication skills.
• Experience with international multidisciplinary teams is valued.
• High level of English.
