Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing logistics operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related data.
• Collaborate with the sales and purchasing departments to forecast demand and manage stock.
• Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a Senior capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and warehousing best practices.
• Experience with WMS software and other logistics-related technologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
