North Studio, un estudio de productos digitales con sede en Barcelona, busca un Diseñador/a de IA conversacional. Trabajarás con equipos internos y externos para entender, crear, prototipar, medir y mejorar las mejores experiencias conversacionales basadas en modelos de lenguaje.

El rol exige pasión por la colaboración, un enfoque riguroso y capacidad para diseñar experiencias no deterministas, evaluarlas y iterar con datos.

Formación

• Experiencia demostrada como diseñador conversacional basado en LLMs.
• Comprensión de cómo funcionan los LLMs y cómo afecta el diseño de conversaciones.
• Capacidad para identificar y diagramar casos de uso.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar experiencias conversacionales no deterministas basadas en LLMs.
• Identificar y diagramar casos de uso para equipos de diseño, ingeniería y producto.
• Ejecutar pruebas de agentes conversacionales y iterar según resultados.
• Colaborar con equipos de datos en diseño y refinamiento de prompts.
• Definir evaluadores y marcos de calidad para medir el rendimiento.
• Asegurar una experiencia coherente entre patrones de diseño conversacional.

As a Conversational AI Designer working with North you will partner with internal and external teams to understand, craft, prototype, measure and improve the best conversational experiences in the world. If you are a truly great collaborator for this role, you will be passionate about LLM-based, non-deterministic conversational experiences, and understand why they matter on a human level, as well as from a business perspective.

What you will do

• Design conversational experiences (assistants, agents) that are non-deterministic and built on LLMs, rather than scripted flows.
• Identify and analyze use cases, diagramming them clearly for design, engineering and product teams.
• Run and evaluate tests on conversational agents, iterating on the experience based on results.
• Collaborate closely with data teams on prompt design and refinement.
• Define evaluators and quality frameworks to assess and continuously improve conversational performance.
• Ensure a coordinated, coherent experience across conversational design patterns.

You will bring to the table

• Proven experience as a conversational designer working on non-deterministic experiences (assistants, agents) built on LLMs.
• Solid understanding of how LLMs work and how that shapes conversational design decisions.
• Experience identifying, analyzing and diagramming use cases for conversational products.
• Hands-on experience testing conversational agents and interpreting the results.
• Experience collaborating with data teams on prompt definition and iteration.
• Experience defining evaluators and frameworks to measure conversational quality.
