ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Contract Analyst II to design and analyze clinical trial contracts, interpreting complex data to support innovative therapies. You will manage contract deliverables and ensure quality and efficiency across sponsor-facing activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks while maintaining accurate records in management systems. Travel of about 5% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business, life sciences, communications, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or management, preferably in pharma/clinical research
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements for trials and vendor agreements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex contractual issues
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel around 5%

Contract Analyst

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for contract management deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships.
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.
• Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials and vendor agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex contractual issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
