A leading company in managed workforce solutions seeks a skilled Programme Specialist to support recruitment operations. You will manage relationships with hiring managers, streamline the recruitment process, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of recruitment and financial data management.
The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
