Randstad Spain is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end staffing for logistics, industrial, and related sectors. You will maintain strong candidate experience, engage clients, and drive talent solutions across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior consultants, events hosting, and post-placement follow-ups to ensure successful placements and long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains candidate experience and builds client relationships in logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Sources and attracts candidates via job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
• Hosts recruitment events virtually or in person to attract candidates or new business.
• Assists senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents.
• Performs post-placement follow-ups to ensure integration and satisfaction and discuss next steps.
• Maintains records and provides regular reports on metrics and progress.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains great candidate experience and good relationship with clients in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Sources and attracts candidates using diverse and local channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Hosts recruitment events virtually and/or in-person with jobseekers and employers in order to attract candidates or new business for Operational Talent Solutions
• Assists senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents to present to both prospective and current clients
• Conducts post-placement follow-ups with both clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and satisfaction, discuss next step to support candidate's income continuity and security despite of short-term nature of the job
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and provide regular reports on metrics and progress within Operational Talent Solutions
• Drives successful sales and recruitment process through effective client and candidate engagement with both online and offline activities
