Randstad Spain invites you to join a people‑focused team, delivering exceptional service to clients while helping candidates grow their careers across Spain.

You will conduct outreach, screen resumes, and support short- and long-term recruitment projects, with onboarding and on-the-job training. The role offers 2 teleworking days after six months, flexible hours, generous vacation, and a pathway to national and international mobility within Randstad.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts initial outreach to candidates, informing them of opportunities and assessing interest for short- and long-term roles.
• Reviews and screens resumes to identify candidates that meet job qualifications and culture fit for available positions.
• Conducts thorough screening calls to assess qualifications, motivations, and fit; reaches out via phone, email, or social channels.
• Performs market analysis on contingent workers and salary trends to stay informed on availability and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts initial outreach to candidates, informing them of the available opportunities and assessing their interest for short-term and long-term operational job opportunities
• Reviews and screens resumes to identify candidates that meet the job qualifications and company culture fit for the available operational roles
• Conducts thorough initial screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit
• Reaches out to passive and active candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn messages, as well as direct face-to-face interaction to discuss potential job opportunities, especially for short-term assignment
• Conducts regular market analysis on contingent workers and operational roles staffing to stay informed on candidate availability, salary trends, and industry hiring practices
• Participates in recruitment‑related special projects, such as internship programs or job fairs for talents in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Addresses issues that arise during the recruitment process and supports the actions for improvement
