Ryanair is seeking a Construction Technician to oversee diverse construction projects across Europe, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence. The role involves coordinating with contractors, engineers and architects to meet specifications and timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a construction/engineering degree, 5+ years of project delivery experience, strong English skills and a proven ability to lead teams while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor or equivalent in Construction or Engineering.
• 5+ years in construction project management with delivery track record.
• Knowledge of building permits, environmental permits, design development and preconstruction management.
• Experience in building design and pathways to construction.
• Understanding of construction and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for aConstruction Tecnician to join Europe's largest airline group.

The successful candidate will oversee a range of construction projects across Europe including Aircraft Hangars, Flight Simulator Facilities, Office Fitouts and many different and interesting construction projects . In this role, you will be overseeing a variety of projects and your main job is to keep ensure that the project is completed safely, on time and within budget.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Promote Health and Safety as they key goal and implement Ryanair Health and Safety standards and culture
• Assume the role of Clients’ representative on all matters.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects etc. on key specifications of the project.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports on;
• Cost : Ensure no project cost overruns and any change orders are agreed prior to implementation.
• Time : The delivery date is crucial, the ability to see issues ahead and track against agreed programs
• Quality : Ensure that the project is delivered using best methods and Engineering results.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in relevant Construction / Engineering Discipline.
• Proven experience in Managing Construction Projects from inception to completion with 5+ year experience in a similar role and a track record of delivery.
• Excellent working knowledge of Building Permitting and Environmental Permit procedures, as well as design development and preconstruction management.
• Involvement in Building design and pathways to construction
• In-depth understanding of construction and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Office essential & AutoCAD are essential
• Outstanding communication and written skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
