A cybersecurity company in Madrid is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d) to support global expansion. This role involves engaging with customers through calls and emails, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Overview

To accelerate our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible in our office in Madrid.

Responsibilities
  • You are the first contact for our customers and partners, mainly via telephone and e‑mail.
  • You proactively engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to identify and generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • You respond to customer enquiries quickly and reliably by delivering relevant information and offering tailor‑made offers.
  • You maintain and continuously expand a network of customers and sales partners.
  • You qualify leads and accompany them until the project is completed.
  • You support our sales partners in identifying sales potential and implementing sales opportunities.
  • You hold web meetings for our customers and sales partners to present our Hornetsecurity services and Channel program.
  • You take care of deal flow supervision with partners (deal registrations, trial, customer references and conversions).
  • You are responsible for adjustments and transactions between partners.
  • You make a significant contribution to sales growth by achieving or exceeding the agreed sales targets.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience within IT, preferably Cybersecurity.
  • Communication talent with a strong customer orientation and ability to handle incoming calls.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan language skills are an asset.
  • A drive for results, self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast‑moving, start‑up environment.
