Role Overview

As a Senior Commercial Performance & GTM Manager, you will be the analytical and strategic engine of Blexr’s commercial team. Reporting into the VP of Commercial, you will own partner and pipeline performance reporting, lead CRO initiatives, and turn insights into action that drives deal quality and revenue growth. You will shape go-to-market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy—helping BDMs and leadership optimise decision-making. This role is a new build, giving you the opportunity to create frameworks and reporting processes from scratch.

Requirements

Proven experience in iGaming or digital performance marketing.

Strong analytical skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Experience in commercial reporting, sales pipeline analysis, or CRO.

Strong communication and presentation skills; able to create compelling data stories.

Collaborative and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.

Action-oriented : not just reporting, but ensuring recommendations are implemented.

Will be a plus

Background in consultancy, commercial analytics, or performance marketing roles.

Experience using CRM systems for pipeline analysis.

Prior experience supporting pricing and deal-structuring decisions.

Knowledge of predictive analytics and advanced data modelling.

Salary range : EU €50,000–58,000 / UK £58,000–68,000.
