EyeSpy Recruitment - iGaming Specialists in Gibraltar is hiring a Digital Commercial Finance Manager to sit at the heart of its operation. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role in a small, flat finance team that shapes commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• Senior FP&A or Commercial Finance experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder business.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; board-ready decks.
• Advanced user of cube-based reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset; translates large data sets into actionable insight.
• Confident challenging at all levels in a robust but collaborative way.
• Self-starter in a small, flat structure with broad exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting and reporting for key initiatives with regular performance analysis.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the group budget model—structure, functionality, assumptions.
• Drive the budget/reforecast process with storytelling grounded in industry trends and internal insight.
• Provide financial insight on weekly trading calls; lead and chair when required; deputise for Head of Online Finance.
• Partner with IT and data teams to shape the new data warehouse and define data governance.

The opportunity

A well-established, consumer-facing digital gaming business is hiring a Digital Commercial Finance Manager to sit at the heart of its Gibraltar operation. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role inside a small, flat finance team — the kind of seat where the work you own actually shapes commercial outcomes rather than getting lost in layers.

You'll be the lead finance contact on the ground, partnering with product, marketing, operations and senior leadership to turn complex data into clear, commercial decisions in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

• Own budgeting and reporting for key initiatives, with regular performance analysis and stakeholder challenge
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the group budget model — structure, functionality, assumptions
• Drive the budget/reforecast process using strong storytelling grounded in industry trends and internal insight

Finance leadership

• Provide financial insight and constructive challenge on weekly trading calls; lead and chair when required
• Deputise for the Head of Online Finance
• Embed a commercial mindset across the wider business through proactive stakeholder partnering
• Own digital finance data — integrity, governance and KPI definition
• Partner with IT and data teams to shape the new data warehouse: review current specification, capture gaps, prioritise requirements
• Design and execute validation processes to ensure data accuracy
• Champion best practice in data governance, consistency and usability

Commercial partner to marketing

• Primary finance business partner to the marketing function
• Evaluate campaign performance against financial KPIs to maximise digital-channel ROI
• Build business cases for marketing investment through scenario modelling and performance tracking
• Lead the marketing budgeting and forecasting cycle

What we're looking for

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
• Background in Senior FP&A or Commercial Finance within a complex, multi-stakeholder business
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable producing high-quality, board-ready decks
• Advanced user of cube-based reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset — able to translate large, messy data sets into simple, actionable insight
• Confident challenging at all levels in a robust but considered way
• Self-starter who thrives in a small, flat structure with broad exposure and no fixed playbook
• Gaming / iGaming experience is a plus, not a must
