Proficiency in Axalta color systems and related tools, plus strong math and presentation skills, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to determine if a color is within acceptable tolerance.
• Proficiency with spectrophotometers and their applications.
• Knowledge of Spies Hecker, Standox, Cromax color systems.

Responsibilities

• Adjust color position of a formula using spectrophotometer or visuals.
• Demonstrate color retrieval systems and load formulas.
• Spray panels following standard procedures using refinish equipment.
• Ensure color accuracy meets customer expectations.
• Utilize Mobius and Global Color Analytics databases.
• Communicate with customers at all levels and maintain safety.
