Funditec is seeking a Cognitive AI Researcher to design, implement, and validate AI solutions that interpret language, reason about objectives, and interact with humans in security, robotics, cybersecurity, and defense domains.

The candidate will lead experiments, develop agents with LLMs and memory, and collaborate with teams to ensure reproducible ML pipelines using Git, Docker, MLflow, and DVC within a cutting-edge R&D environment in Madrid.

Formación

• Experience in cognitive AI, agents, and human–machine interaction.
• Strong background in AI/ML model design and evaluation.
• Familiarity with AI safety, security, and defense applications.
• Ability to design and run experiments with traceable workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of cognitive AI modules: language understanding, intent classification, entity extraction, constraints, and context.
• Development of Agents and Interactive Systems: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, memory, tools, and decision flows.
• Cognitive, Behavioral, and Human Factors Modeling: attention, memory, perception, decision-making, mental load, learning, trust.
• Experimentation, Evaluation, and Data Analysis: train, validate, and compare AI models; document preprocessing.
