Job summary

UNIVERSIDAD DE GRANADA is seeking a researcher to design and synthesize multi-step organic building blocks and to perform precision crystallisation of COFs for advanced material development.

The role includes extensive characterisation using gas adsorption (N₂, CO₂), PXRD, FTIR, NMR, TGA and SEM/TEM to validate new materials and support publications. A degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in organic synthesis and proficiency in IR, NMR and MS.

Responsibilities

• Design and synthesize new organic building blocks and crystallise COFs.
• Characterise materials using IR, NMR, MS and adsorption techniques and report results.
