Europcar Mobility Group in Madrid is hiring a COE Pricing Analyst to drive pricing and yielding decisions at the local level. You will analyse markets, monitor competition, and support revenue optimisation across car rental segments.

We seek an analytical thinker with strong numerical skills, fluent English, and the ability to collaborate across Fleet, Operations and Sales to maximise profitability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Pricing or revenue management experience is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
• Degree in finance/economics/business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Price and yield management at location or cluster level.
• Analyze competitor landscape by location, vehicle type, rental length, source country and channels.
• Run BI reports to support decision making: rent, reservations, cancellations.
• Understand fleet management impact on pricing (availability, de-fleeting/in-fleeting).
• Propose and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
• Communicate performance and pricing actions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Fleet, Operations, Corporate Sales.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency.
