Job summary

Barceló Hotel Group busca un cocinero/a para unirse a su equipo en Mallorca, integrándose en una cocina comprometida con la calidad y la seguridad alimentaria. Se valoran habilidades para trabajar en equipo, creatividad y atención al detalle, con formación en cocina y APPCC, y al menos un año de experiencia.

La posición ofrece un entorno dinámico, movilidad interna entre áreas del grupo y planes de desarrollo profesional. El contrato es de duración determinada dentro de la división de Barceló.

Qualifications

• Formación en Cocina: CFGS en Cocina y Gastronomía.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: No se requiere. Se valora hostelería.

Responsibilities

• Preparar todas las recetas según fichas técnicas establecidas.
• Responsabilizarse del correcto funcionamiento de la cocina ante el Jefe de Cocina.
• Colaborar en gestión de costes e inventarios, y en las compras.
• Colaborar en procesos de limpieza, conservación, cocinado y reposición de alimentos.
• Apoyar recepción y almacenaje de alimentos siguiendo normas y órdenes.
• Realizar tareas conforme a normativas de seguridad e higiene.

What will you do?

• Preparar todas las recetas en base a las fichas técnicas de la rueda de menús establecida.
• Responsabilizarse del buen funcionamiento de la cocina ante el/la Jefe/a de Cocina.
• Colaborar en la gestión de costes e inventarios, así como en las compras.
• Colaborar en la realización de los procesos de limpieza, conservación, cocinado, regeneración y reposición de los alimentos.
• Apoyar la recepción y almacenaje de los alimentos de géneros siguiendo las normas establecidas y las órdenes recibidas.
• Realizar las tareas de acuerdo con los requisitos, normas y procedimientos de trabajo y legislación vigente en seguridad e higiene.

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Cocina y Gastronomía, Curso APPCC.
• Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: No se requiere.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: Hostelería.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Creatividad.
• Tolerancia al estrés.
• Capacidad de resolución de posibles imprevistos.
• Meticulosidad en la realización de las tareas.
