Barceló Margaritas busca cocinero/a para unirse a su cocina, con al menos 1 año de experiencia y CFGS en Cocina y Gastronomía. Se valoran conocimientos en hostelería y capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparar todas las recetas según fichas técnicas de la rueda de menús establecida.
• Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la cocina bajo la supervisión del Jefe/a de Cocina.
• Colaborar en control de costes, inventarios y compras.
• Realizar procesos de limpieza, conservación, cocinado, regeneración y reposición de alimentos.
