This is not a corporate management role. This is a true co‑founder position to build, scale and professionalise YOUNG Lending Desk together with the Founder.

You will be responsible for:

• Structuring and scaling the private lending platform
• Building and managing direct relationships with private investors
• Structuring:
  • Asset‑backed loans
  • Private real estate financing
  • Value participation & buy‑and‑hold structures
• Representing YOUNG towards:
  • High‑net‑worth individuals
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Family offices
• Developing:
  • Lending templates
  • Risk frameworks
  • Governance & reporting structures
• Co‑shaping:
  • Acquisition strategy
  • Capital planning
  • Portfolio growth
• Acting as the commercial and financial face of YOUNG Lending Desk

This is a build‑from‑scratch leadership role with international scope.
