Materialise in its Staff department seeks a manager to lead the DevOps Tools Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams. You will act as both a people manager and a functional leader, guiding your team to success while driving technical projects to completion.

You will collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams, oversee incident response, define strategies for SRE and DTE, and manage budgets to balance cost and delivery. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps or related fields.
• 2+ years of managerial experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure and IaC.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps Tools Engineering and SRE teams.
• Define and execute strategies for SRE and DTE technologies.
• Oversee incident response, root-cause analysis, and prevention.
• Manage budgets and prioritize cross-functional projects.
