Luxoft Spain is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to lead the infrastructure design, deployment, and operations of an AI agent orchestration platform on AWS. You will build and manage a Kubernetes-native, enterprise-grade platform that supports scalable AI agent workloads across development, QA, and production environments.

The role requires hands-on AWS, EKS, Terraform, and CI/CD automation experience, with strong security, observability, and DevOps discipline.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Required: AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
• Preferred: DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty Kubernetes & EKS Expertise.
• Strong hands‑on experience with EKS cluster provisioning and operations.
• Managed node groups and Karpenter.
• Kubernetes RBAC and network policies; Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Advanced Terraform capabilities: Remote state management (S3 + DynamoDB).
• Security scanning (Checkov, tfsec); AWS Services Proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of: EKS, ECR, ALB, Route 53, ACM; IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager; IAM Identity Center; CloudTrail, AWS Config; GuardDuty, Security Hub, AWS WAF.
• Practical experience with: SageMaker, Comprehend.
• DevOps & Identity: GitOps tools (ArgoCD or Flux); CI/CD pipelines; GitHub Actions → AWS.
• EKS OIDC provider integration.
• Observability & Debugging: OpenTelemetry, AWS X-Ray.
• Strong understanding of: Pod Security Standards; Admission webhooks; Least-privilege service accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, provision, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Own and operate EKS clusters end-to-end with managed node groups and autoscaling.
• Implement release strategies including Canary releases.
• Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD (GitOps).
• Enforce security controls with AWS WAF, GuardDuty, Security Hub, KMS, Secrets Manager, and External Secrets Operator.
• Implement observability with Amazon Managed Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch Container Insights, and AWS X-Ray.
• Integrate MCP servers and execution frameworks with ML teams; support agent ecosystem extensibility.
• Apply cost optimization strategies: Spot Instances and Savings Plans; Karpenter bin-packing.
• Design multi-AZ high availability and resilience; IRSA configuration.
• Collaborate across platform and ML teams for scalable AI agent workloads.

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to lead the infrastructure design, deployment, and operations of the AI agent orchestration platform on AWS.
