SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a hands-on DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design and scale our multi-tenant SaaS platform in AWS and Azure. You will build platform infrastructure, optimize CI/CD, ensure availability, and drive security by design.

You’ll collaborate with backend teams, implement IaC, manage containers and databases, and enable observability with Grafana and CloudWatch in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
• Production experience in Kubernetes.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI).
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (administration, performance tuning, high availability).
• Experience with Redis in production (caching, session storage, pub/sub).
• Fluent Spanish and professional English (both required).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS platform (AWS and/or Azure).
• Optimize containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitLab CI.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data backups.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting with Grafana, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, and CloudWatch.
