OSP Spain, now part of One.O, seeks a backend developer to join our cloud-first team in Madrid. You will implement and improve the DevOps process for cloud-based business systems for a major e-commerce client, and collaborate on system design and technical architecture with the Product Owner.

The role involves working in an international environment with our German colleagues, using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Terraform, Docker, AWS, and modern CI/CD practices to build secure, scalable RESTful

• 5+ years as backend developer with Java and Kotlin.

What will you do?

• You will be involved in the implementation and Devops process of cloud-based business systems for an important e-commerce customer.
• Development of system design & technical architecture together with Product owner based on business requirements
• You will work in an international environment, together with our German colleagues.

What's your story?

• At least 5+ years of experience as backend developer with Java and Kotlin.
• Design of technical architecture with the ability to consult and guide the team.
• Solid experience using Spring Boot for building RESTful interfaces and event driven architecture.
• Solid experience using Terraform, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, AWS and web security.
• Good sense for software quality, testing and engineering processes.
• Good English skills, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Prometheus, Grafana and NoSQL databases e.g. MongoDB.
