Reale ITES, headquartered in Madrid, seeks a Cloud Enterprise Architect to lead the evolution of the group’s cloud architecture. You will drive scalability, security, and cost-efficiency across platforms (OCI, Azure, GCP) and guide modernization efforts with enterprise Architects.

You will evaluate new technologies (AI/ML, serverless) and enable cloud-native patterns while ensuring governance, risk, and compliance.

Formación

• Experience as Cloud Enterprise Architect with strong knowledge of cloud architectures (OCI, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and containers (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud networking and security, data architecture (data lake, streaming, AI platforms).
• Disaster recovery and business continuity in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and guide the evolution of the Group's cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security, resilience and economic sustainability, in line with IT strategy and regulatory constraints of designated sectors.
• Co-design the Target Cloud Architecture with Enterprise Architects and define reusable architectural patterns.
• Establish cloud guidelines, principles, and standards; align with Enterprise Architecture, Security & Compliance (DORA, GDPR).
• Support migration and modernization efforts (rehost, replatform, refactor) and promote cloud-native models.
• Evaluate new technologies (AI/ML, serverless, edge computing) and enable advanced use cases (data platform, LLM, analytics).
• Oversee FinOps: optimize cloud costs, chargeback/showback, and balance performance with cost.

What'll you have to do?

The selected candidate willdefine and guide the evolution of the Group's cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security, resilience and economic sustainability, in line with the IT strategy and regulatory constraints of the designated sectors (Insurance, Health, Wellbeing services, Real Estate). Act as a reference point for architectural designs and decision in Cloud environments at an enterprise level.

Some more specific responsibilities:

Strategy on Cloud and Target Architecture: Designing and maintaining the Target Cloud Architecture. Co-design together with Enterprise Architects the technological components necessary for any information system. Co-design application modernization methods

Governance and architectural standards: Define cloud guidelines, principles, and standards. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Security & Compliance (DORA, GDPR, local regulations)

Cloud adoption & modernization: Support application teams in: Migration (rehost, replatform, refactor, particularly with AI) and modernization (microservices, APIs, containers). Promote cloud-native models and Define reusable architectural patterns

Innovation & emerging technologies: Evaluate new technologies (AI/ML, serverless, edge computing). Enable advanced use cases (data platform, LLM, analytics).Anticipate trends and business impacts

Cost supervision (FinOps):Optimize cloud costs (TCO, unit economics). Work with the FinOps team to: chargeback/showback models and consumption control. Balancing performance and costs

Security, risk and compliance: Ensuring secure architectures by design (IAM, encryption, network security). Manage issues of: Data security,resilienza anddisaster recovery, Vendor Risk and Cloud Focus

Vendor & ecosystem management: Evaluate and select cloud providers and solutions (OCI, Azure, GCP). Manage strategic relationships with vendors. Limiting/avoiding technological lock-in phenomena
