ThunderSoft in Madrid is seeking a Database Operations Engineer/DBA who can communicate in Chinese to join our IT team. The role centers on daily DB maintenance, performance monitoring, security policy enforcement, and providing user support for common database issues.

You will work with Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL, plus AWS and Azure cloud databases. A college degree in computer science or related fields and at least one year of hands-on DB management experience are required, along with

• Degree in computer science, information technology or related field (equivalent overseas education).
• Hands-on background with more than 1 year of database management and operation experience.
• Familiar with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and cloud database products such as AWS and Azure.
• Database related certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator).
• Familiar with basic architecture design and maintenance techniques of databases.
• Experience in monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of databases.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for daily maintenance and management of the database, ensuring normal operation of the database system.
• Monitor database performance, identify and resolve basic faults and performance issues.
• Implement database security policies to ensure data security and integrity.
• Provide user support to solve common database problems encountered by users.
• Assist in writing and updating database operation and maintenance documents to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and IT teams to configure and integrate databases.
