NN Digital Hub, a NN Group subsidiary in Madrid, seeks an experienced Cloud Azure Engineer to join our team and drive cloud adoption across business units.

You will enable DevOps teams, design landing zones with Terraform, promote reusable platform services, and guide teams on security, governance, networking, and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders. Our hybrid model and flexible hours support work-life balance as we build a socially responsible tech company.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud services.
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, repos, and automation.
• Familiarity with governance, security, networking and compliance in Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Enable DevOps teams to adopt Azure through self-service platforms and standardized solutions.
• Design and maintain Azure landing zones using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure DevOps).
• Develop and promote reusable platform services and templates for scalable cloud adoption.
• Guide teams on Azure best practices (security, governance, networking, compliance).
• Act as a bridge between platform teams, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive platform standardization and InnerSource collaboration across teams.
• Support automation and CI/CD integration for cloud infrastructure deployments.
• Present, demo, and document platform capabilities and services.

Cloud Azure Engineer

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of NN Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Azure Engineer to join our team at NN and help us achieve our goal of becoming a socially responsible tech company that delivers digital products our customers love.

Your Impact as Cloud Azure Engineer: What are you going to do

• Enable DevOps teams to adopt Azure through self-service platforms and standardized solutions
• Design and maintain Azure landing zones using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure DevOps)
• Develop and promote reusable platform services and templates for scalable cloud adoption
• Guide teams on Azure best practices (security, governance, networking, compliance)

Who You Are:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, automation)
• Solid experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand business needs
• Strong collaboration, communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
• Technically curious and eager to innovate

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI (or willingness to learn)
• Knowledge of Azure governance, networking, and security best practices
• Experience in large-scale cloud environments
• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and CI/CD patterns
