You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business requirements into solutions, and develop training materials. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant consulting experience, preferably with CLM platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Consultant to join our growing CLM practice! As a Consultant, you will lead end‑to‑end CLM implementations, manage client relationships, and drive project success across budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CLM implementations, including management of client relationships, delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and overall project success.
• Configure and develop solutions across leading CLM and digital contracting platforms (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign, Agiloft, and similar technologies), including eSignature and contract automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, build, and implement scalable contract lifecycle solutions aligned to client business objectives.
• Partner with clients to gather, refine, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables such as business process maps, user stories, solution designs, and future‑state recommendations.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Support and mentor team members, contributing to a strong collaborative team environment.
• Assist with pre‑sales efforts, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training and enablement materials to drive solution adoption.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business goals and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement technology solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, implementation delivery, solution architecture, or business analysis within CLM or SaaS environments.
• Experience with one or more CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
