Bayer CropScience Limited in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Clinical Data Engineer to establish and maintain data collection instruments, ingest data from sites and CROs, and build optimized data pipelines for quality checks and analyses.

You will collaborate with the study team and external partners, require 3+ years in data-driven roles, and have programming skills in SQL, Python, C#, SAS, and R. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Barcelona.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields.
• At least 3 years in a scientific, data-driven position, preferably with clinical data management experience.
• Programming in C#, SQL, SAS, Python, R and familiarity with clinical information systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze protocol to create data collection and integration requirements.
• Set up study data collection elements, triggers, derivations, and data cleaning checks.
• Ingest CRO/vendor data and ensure data transfer specifications are met.
• Develop and validate programs for study setup, conduct and closeout activities within the Clinical Data Environment.
