A leading retention platform is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new Shopify brands through their onboarding journey. This role involves managing the onboarding process, troubleshooting setup challenges, and collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Comfortable remote work is required.

Formación

  • 1-3 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success.
  • Hands-on experience working with Shopify and within SaaS or eCommerce industries is required.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The Role

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll guide new Shopify brands through their first steps with Growave — from setup and integrations to launch.

You’ll ensure each client feels supported, confident, and ready to grow with our platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full onboarding journey — from sign‑up to successful app setup and launch
  • Understand client goals and tailor onboarding plans to their needs and timelines
  • Ensure smooth implementation of Growave features and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and proactively guide clients through setup challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a flawless experience
  • Create and refine onboarding materials, templates, and processes
  • Gather client feedback to improve product usability and the onboarding journey
  • Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team post-launch
About You
  • 1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success
  • Hands‑on experience working with Shopify and within SaaS or eCommerce industries is required
  • Experience with SaaS or other eCommerce platforms is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — other European languages are a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Tech‑savvy, proactive, and flexible — able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
  • Detail‑oriented and genuinely customer‑focused
  • Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
Schedule

12:00–21:00 Spain time (CET / CEST depending on season)
