A tech-focused retention platform in Spain is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new Shopify brands through their onboarding journey. You'll manage the entire process from setup to launch, ensuring clients feel confident and supported. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in onboarding and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. This remote position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer success.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success.
• Hands-on experience working with Shopify and within SaaS or eCommerce industries is required.
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll guide new Shopify brands through their first steps with Growave — from setup and integrations to launch.

You’ll ensure each client feels supported, confident, and ready to grow with our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full onboarding journey — from sign‑up to successful app setup and launch
• Understand client goals and tailor onboarding plans to their needs and timelines
• Ensure smooth implementation of Growave features and integrations
• Troubleshoot and proactively guide clients through setup challenges
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a flawless experience
• Create and refine onboarding materials, templates, and processes
• Gather client feedback to improve product usability and the onboarding journey
• Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team post-launch

About You

• 1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success
• Hands‑on experience working with Shopify and within SaaS or eCommerce industries is required
• Experience with SaaS or other eCommerce platforms is a plus
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — other European languages are a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Tech‑savvy, proactive, and flexible — able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented and genuinely customer‑focused
• Comfortable working remotely and across time zones

Schedule

12:00–21:00 Spain time (CET / CEST depending on season)
