Were looking for a strategic German-speaking Digital Growth Partner to join our Barcelona team. This is a key role for someone who wants to become a trusted advisor to leading German brands in retail travel and other high-growth sectors.

Your Mission

You will build lasting partnerships with high-value clients. Your focus is on understanding their ambitious goals and architecting Google Ads strategies that deliver tangible long-term growth. This means providing consultative support optimizing sophisticated campaigns and conducting regular strategic reviews to ensure continuous performance improvement.

Who You Are
  • You have a BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing.
  • You speak German at a fluent / C2 level and have a high level of English.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in sales online advertising or digital marketing.
  • You possess a solid background in Google Ads and digital strategy.
  • You have a proven ability to build trust and provide high-level strategic consultations.
