14 Agency, part of the Omnicom Agencies Group, is seeking a social media account coordinator in Barcelona to manage client projects from brief to delivery. You will liaise with clients daily, coordinate across agency profiles, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in social media-focused account teams within an advertising agency, a proactive mindset, and excellent Spanish and English

Formación

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the account team of an advertising agency focusing on social media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and work in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Spanish & English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements.
• Presenting and negotiating projects, budgets, and initiatives with requested profiles.
• Collaborating with all agency profiles to devise projects that meet the client brief and budget.
• Working with the strategy team to brief the rest of the profiles involved in each project.
• Ensuring correct involvement of client and agency profiles on planned dates for projects.
• Monitoring work progress and maintaining contact with the client at all stages.
• Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with project plans.
• Presenting and defending agency ideas with conviction.
