A luxury fashion brand seeks a Full-Time Client Advisor for their Madrid El Corte Inglés Corner. You will create memorable client experiences and drive sales by understanding luxury clients' desires. Candidates should have at least 2 years of retail experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and a genuine passion for luxury fashion. A proactive mindset and strong communication skills are essential. The role offers a fixed-term contract with potential for permanence based on performance.

Formación

The part you’ll play

You will join us in our Madrid El Corte Inglés Corner as a Full-Time Client Advisor reporting directly to the Store Management. The position will start with a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of being made permanent based on performance and organizational needs.

• Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

What you’ll bring

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
