Santander is seeking a CIB Executive Director for Software Investment Banking to lead client relationships, manage key accounts, and drive revenue through leveraged finance, M&A, and financing solutions. The role demands extensive deal execution experience and a track record of successful transactions across sell-side and buy-side processes.

You will originate opportunities, analyze financials, supervise due diligence, and shape strategic directions while mentoring junior professionals.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Master's Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education (preferred)
• 9+ Years Experience in Leveraged Finance Investment Banking (preferred)
• Ability to manage projects independently and assume responsibility
• Experience with sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition processes and equity and debt capital raises.

As a CIB GIG-IC3, you will focus on leading client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue generation for the firm. This role requires significant transaction leadership experience and a track record of successful deal execution.

• Travel as requested by senior deal team members and or clients.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum: $290,000.00 USD

Maximum: $330,000.00 USD
