Ubique Systems is seeking an experienced Chromeleon CDS / ELN Specialist to support laboratory informatics in a regulated environment. You will configure Chromeleon CDS, manage ELN platforms, and drive validation, data integrity, and compliance across pharmaceutical and biotech labs.

You will collaborate with QA/QC, IT, and Laboratory teams to implement solutions, upgrade systems, and develop SOPs and training materials for end users.

Formación

• Experience configuring Chromeleon CDS and ELN platforms in regulated environments.
• Hands-on system configuration, validation, and integration in pharma/biotech/chemical industries.
• Strong data integrity and compliance focus (GMP/GLP/21 CFR Part 11).
• End-user support and training for laboratory informatics systems.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, administer, and maintain Chromeleon CDS systems across labs.
• Manage and support ELN platforms to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ activities and validation document reviews.
• Collaborate with Lab, QA/QC, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chromeleon CDS / ELN Specialist to support and enhance laboratory informatics systems within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Thermo Fisher Chromeleon CDS and Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) platforms, along with hands‑on experience in system configuration, validation, integration, and user support within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical industry environments.

This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise laboratory systems, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of critical laboratory applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, support, and maintain Chromeleon CDS (Thermo Fisher) systems across laboratory environments.
• Manage and support Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Execute system validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Laboratory, QA/QC, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system‑related issues.
• Support system upgrades, data migration activities, and integrations with enterprise platforms such as LIMS and ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
• Conduct end‑user training and provide ongoing technical support.
• Drive continuous improvements across laboratory informatics systems and processes.
