Alexion, based in Barcelona, is seeking a GVAP China Strategic Access Lead to shape and implement market access and pricing strategies for China, coordinating with AZ China and global teams. You will drive cross-functional programs and collaborate with payers, government bodies and internal stakeholders to enable sustained portfolio access.

The role requires strong knowledge of China RD policy, regional market dynamics, and fluency in English with Mandarin preferred, enabling rapid alignment

Formación

• Proven market access experience in constructing and implementing access and pricing strategies.
• Understanding of the access and policy environment for rare diseases in China.
• China country market expertise/experience preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional project development and management.
• Rare disease or specialized drugs therapy area expertise.
• Relevant drug development and/or commercialization experience in pharma.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on guidance in establishing and driving a cross-function Market Access & Pricing policy framework for China.
• Support development of access strategies and engage with payers and government officials to enable market access.
• Contribute to local stakeholder engagement events and RD narrative development for external engagement.
• Support capability building at country level with tailored operational support for China teams.
