• Máster en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o campo relacionado.
• Más de 8 años de experiencia en ingeniería de sistemas.

We are looking fora Chief Systems Engineer - Relocation Spain to join an important Project located inMadrid, Rivas Vaciamadrid,in ahybridWork Mode.

What are we looking for?

• An/a Chief Systems Engineer - Relocation Spain, with at least 8 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Madrid.
• Degree:Aeronautical, Industrial, Electronic, Telecommunications Engineering
• Work Model:Hybrid
• Work Schedule: Full Time

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in complex system development within defense, aerospace, or secure technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management, architecture modeling, and integration strategies.
• Experience with tools such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect, Cameo, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead the systems engineering strategy, processes, and methodologies across multidisciplinary projects.
• Define and validate system architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Oversee requirements engineering, traceability, and system-level specifications.
• Coordinate system integration across hardware, firmware, software, and external interfaces.
• Supervise verification and validation (V&V) activities, including test planning, execution, and certification.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, ISO/IEC).
• Act as a technical authority in design reviews, risk assessments, and trade-off studies.
• Mentor and guide systems engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical rigor.
• Collaborate with program managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to align system solutions with project goals.
• Drive adoption of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering practices.
