An executive HR firm specializing in C-level recruitment is searching, on behalf of its client— a leading investment fund— for a Chief of Sales based in Madrid to lead the expansion of the Spanish market.

The Chief of Sales will play a highly strategic role, with significant impact on one of the fund’s core portfolio business areas.

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Define and execute the sales and marketing strategies to maximize growth and strengthen market positioning.
  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners to accelerate business opportunities.
  • Lead, coordinate and scale the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment of goals with flawless execution.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, driving go-to-market initiatives and ensuring delivery of revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies and implement improvements.
  • Over 10 years of proven leadership experience managing high-performance teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to drive data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Solid experience designing and executing commercial and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven track record in the Spanish real estate market, ideally within high-growth or transformational environments.
