Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned Head of Internal Controls - Compliance, People & Sustainability to strengthen governance, ethics, and risk management across the organization.

You will partner with Compliance, HR, Legal, and Sustainability leaders to embed scalable controls in critical processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Law, Sustainability, Compliance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Governance, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or HR-related functions.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, people processes, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Help strengthen a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible business conduct.
• Partner with Compliance, HR, Sustainability, and Governance leaders to manage key organizational risks.
• Enhance control effectiveness across people processes, compliance programs, and governance activities.
• Support sustainability and ESG objectives through scalable and sustainable control frameworks.
• Drive process improvements and data-enabled assurance across non-financial risk areas.
• Identify emerging risks and help embed controls into critical business processes and initiatives.
• Promote consistency, transparency, and effective governance across the organization.
• Enable business growth while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
