Location: Remote, with periodic on-site or travel as needed
Engagement: Part-Time / Fractional (Consulting)
About the Company: We are an early‑stage, seed‑funded biotechnology company focused on advancing a novel therapeutic platform to address unmet needs in pulmonary and inflammatory diseases. As we progress through preclinical development, we are seeking a Fractional Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to guide our translational strategy and prepare the organization for first‑in‑human clinical studies within the next 12–18 months. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pulmonology and translational/early clinical development, with the ability to shape clinical strategy, define our PhaseI/II pathway, support fundraising, and help build clinical partnerships. This individual will be instrumental in translating scientific innovation into a clear and credible clinical plan that advances the company toward regulatory submissions and early clinical trials.
