Job Description

Your Career

Your role focuses on relationship management to achieve measurable results such as increased revenue, market share, and deeper engagement within partner sales teams. Success involves creating and executing unique business plans with each partner, primarily measured by the joint business achieved. You will work across all levels of large partner organizations, building long-term partnerships based on a mutually beneficial strategy.

Your Impact

  • Develop and implement business plans to maximize growth opportunities and support successful customer implementations.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Create compelling value propositions to inspire partners to promote our solutions.
  • Design services based on our technologies to increase revenue.
  • Maintain clear communication with partners to build strong, productive relationships.
  • Lead performance and relationship reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain activity reports and dashboards to track progress.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Experience in Global Systems Integrator Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development within enterprise software or network security.
  • Understanding of channel models such as GSI and VARs.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex sales negotiations and conflict resolution.
