A leading hearing care provider in Barcelona is seeking a Change & Project Management Specialist for a 6-month contract to drive AI in HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have around five years’ experience in change management, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to stakeholder engagement. Change & Project Management Specialist (6-month temporary contract)

Purpose of the Role

As part of our global HR Strategy & Innovation team you will contribute to shaping the future of how we work and deliver value through people. We are looking for a Change & Project Management Specialist to help drive Sonova’s AI in HR Proof of Concept Program with strong focus on change & communication.

In this role you will plan and execute change management communications and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure smooth adoption of new AI‑enabled tools, processes and ways of working across the HR organization. You will help translate strategy into tangible outcomes and build the capabilities needed to make change sustainable. Depending on business needs you may also support other strategic HR initiatives.

  • Plan and deliver change management and communication activities for Sonova’s AI in HR Program leveraging Sonova’s change toolkit.
  • Support program leads and PMO in translating business change implications into clear actionable steps.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping impact analyses and readiness checks to identify and mitigate risks early.
  • Coordinate workshops and sprints; capture and synthesize key insights for change.
  • Enable capability building within HR through coordination of training sessions, tools and materials.
  • Align change activities with the HR Transformation strategy and program timelines.
  • Provide operational and PMO support where needed for related initiatives (e.g. strategic workforce planning).
Your Profile

You bring a hands‑on structured approach to change and project management and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment. With around five years of experience in project or change management you know how to drive execution, communicate clearly and engage stakeholders at different levels.

You are passionate about helping people and teams adapt to new ways of working and have a strong interest in technology and digital transformation. A background in HR Business Administration or Organizational Development is preferred, and certifications in Change Management (Prosci ADKAR) or Project Management (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2) are a plus.

You are fluent in English (German is a plus), proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools and available full‑time for six months with potential occasional travel to Switzerland.
