Formación

Grupo La Familia brings together some of Marbella’s most dynamic brands — Cascada Marbella (restaurant & events), Orovia Estates (real estate), ARU by Lagarde (catering), Costa Rentals (property management), and every year, new projects in tourism and mobility. All under the management of one CEO.

We’re looking for a smart, organized, and fast-thinking Executive Assistant to support our CEO across all companies. If you love structure, technology, and solving problems before they happen, this role is for you.

Tasks

This is not a job for everyone.
If you’re looking for comfort, routine, or easy wins — this isn’t it.

You’ll be working directly with a CEO who is relentless. Brilliant, focused, often demanding — sometimes cold, and then suddenly the kindest person in the room. He expects a lot, because he gives a lot. You’ll need to keep up, stay sharp, and learn fast. There’s no hiding here.

You’ll be the second most demanding role in the group, right next to him. Supporting several companies at once — restaurants, real estate, catering, rentals, and new projects that move faster than most people can process. You’ll handle pressure, priorities, and problems every single day.

We don’t need perfect. We need strong.
Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and self-aware. Someone who doesn’t break when things get intense, who understands that every correction is a lesson, not a criticism.

Requirements

Languages & Communication

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written at a professional level)
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills in both languages
  • Confident communicator with clear and respectful tone

Education & Experience

  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-company environments is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar (preferred, not required)

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel (formulas, dashboards, reports, budgets)
  • Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Trello (or similar project management tools)
  • ChatGPT / AI tools – able to use them effectively to write, organize, and automate
  • Canva – comfortable with basic design and document creation
  • Social media knowledge (posting, captions, scheduling) is a plus

Personal Qualities

  • Smart, organized, and proactive – anticipates needs before being asked
  • Comfortable with numbers – precise with invoices, budgets, and reporting
  • Flexible and fast-learning – enjoys new challenges and constant growth
  • Discreet and reliable – handles confidential information responsibly
  • Strong personality – self-motivated, problem-solver, and emotionally mature
  • We’re looking for strong, grounded people who can handle responsibility, pressure, and multitasking with a smile

Practical Requirements

  • Based in Marbella or nearby (we can assist with relocating)
  • Valid driver’s licence and own car (essential)
  • Available for a full-time, on-site position, with remote work when needed
