Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) for a fully remote role. The CMA will support CM strategy, program QTLs and KRIs, and maintain CM platform documentation while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires SAS experience and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously across time zones.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical research and development or related field, preferably Centralized Monitoring, data management, and/or biostatistics.
• 2-3 years SAS experience, including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience working on Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to execute study-level CM activities.
• Understanding of data sources, transfer specs and data structures.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing CM strategy by identifying CM elements for the study.
• Setup/Program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments per the CMP.
• Refresh the CM platform at predefined intervals to enable signal detection.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specs and file in eTMF.
• Review study protocol to understand monitoring requirements and data sources.
• Document peer-review of CM platform setups by colleagues.
